PAPPA COL POMODORO ESTIVA

4 pomodori grossi e ben maturi
1 mazzetto Basilico
Crostini di pane
Olio d'oliva
sale

Mettere nel Bimby o nel frullatore i pomodori tagliati a pezzi, il Basilico (volendo potete tenerne qualche ciuffetto da mettere sul piatto come decorazione), il sale e poca acqua (Mezzo bicchiere). Frullate (10 secondi a velocita' 7, a freddo). Versate nei piatti sopra ai crostini, cospargete con un giro d'olio e decorate con i ciuffetti di Basilico.
