MINESTRONE ALLA MARINARA

minestrone_marinara Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 confezione Minestrone Contadino Findus
300 g seppie a fettuccine
200 g polpa di pomodoro
1 spicchio aglio
prezzemolo
olio
1 dado
sale
Pepe

Scaldare l'olio, unire l'aglio e, una volta dorato, eliminarlo e aggiungere il pomodoro. Unire le seppie, mescolare, salare e far riprendere l'ebollizione, unire le verdure per minestrone e farle insaporire. Unire 1/2 l circa di brodo, terminare la cottura, spegnere il fornello e unire il prezzemolo tritato. Mescolare e servire.
