MINESTRA DI VERDURE SVEDESE

Dosi per 4.

Tritare finemente 2 carote, 2 cipolle, 2 patate, 1 piccolo cavolfiore e farli lessare in un buon litro di acqua.

Quando le verdure saranno ben cotte condirle con 50 g di burro e impastarle con 50 g di farina di segale e di avena. Far sobbolire il composto ottenuto per altri 15 o 20 minuti finché la minestra non risulti densa. Aggiustare di sale e Pepe.

Servire con crostini fritti nel burro.
