Dosi per 4:

500 g spinaci surgelati
40 g burro
2 cucchiai panna liquida
2 cucchiai farina
1 cipolla
2 spicchi aglio
1.5 l brodo
1 pugno pinoli

Soffriggere un trito di aglio e cipolla nel burro, unirvi la farina mescolando bene e, poco alla volta, il brodo senza lasciar formare grumi. Aggiungere gli spinaci e cuocere per 40 minuti. Salare e pepare. A fine cottura unire la panna e i pinoli, mescolare e servire.
