Dosi per 4:

400 g filetti di merluzzo
1 l brodo di pesce
1 fetta pancetta
2 patate
1 cipolla

Rosolare la pancetta tagliata a dadini in una casseruola con il burro e la cipolla tritata, unire le patate sbucciate e tagliate a cubetti e far insaporire per 10 minuti.

Aggiungere il merluzzo lessato e tagliato a pezzettini, il brodo, il sale, il Pepe e cuocere per circa 20 minuti. Cospargere di prezzemolo tritato e servire con crostini di pane.
