MINESTRA PATATE E FINOCCHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 patate medie
2 finocchi
1 cipolla
olio
20 g burro
parmigiano
4 pugnetti riso
sale

Mettere l'olio e la cipolla tagliata a fettine sottili in una pentola e fare rosolare.

Unire le patate pelate ed i finocchi tagliati a cubetti e fare insaporire.

Unire dell'acqua, salare e far cuocere per 20 minuti. Aggiungere il riso, cuocere per 15 minuti e spegnere. Mettere il burro ed il parmigiano e servire.
