MINESTRA DI PATATE IN CREMA

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

400 g patate
3 cipolle
200 g panna da cucina
1 Peperoncino
q.b. olio oliva
Curry
sale
Pepe
brodo
formaggio grana

  1. affettare finemente le cipolle, il Peperoncino e far rosolare in olio d'oliva dentro una padella di coccio
  2. unire la patate prive della buccia, lavate, tenute a bagno in acqua fredda e, infine, tagliate a dadini
  3. unire il Curry, mescolare e lasciar insaporire per 5 minuti, aggiustando di sale e Pepe
  4. unire il brodo e cuocere per circa 1 ora
  5. passare il composto in un mixer, rimetterlo in casseruola, unire la panna, mescolare e cuocere ancora per circa 5 minuti
  6. servire tiepido, unendo il formaggio grana
