MINESTRA DI MAIS

Dosi per 4.

Soffriggere in 4 cucchiai d'olio 1 cipolla tritata, 1 spicchio d'aglio schiacciato, 2 coste di sedano e 2 carote tritati assieme, 300 gr di zucchine affettate e 1 ciuffo di prezzemolo tritato. Salare, pepare e far cuocere a fiamma dolce. A 3/4 di cottura unire 1 lt d'acqua calda e completare la cottura. Versare poi 200 gr di farina di Mais e far sobbollire per ottenere una Farinata soffice. Aggiustare di sale e condire con formaggio Pecorino grattugiato.
