minestra_Fave_cicoria Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Fave
1 kg cicoria
1 dl olio
1/2 cipolla tritata
brodo di manzo o di dado vegetale

Lessare le Fave in acqua leggermente salata e passarle al setaccio con l'acqua di cottura. Soffriggere la cipolla con l'olio e mescolarvi la Purea di Fave. Mescolare alla crema di Fave la cicoria già lessata e tritata grossolanamente, aggiungere il brodo, controllare il sale e pepare. La minestra deve risultare piuttosto densa. Servire subito.
