MINESTRA DI FAVE E CARDI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Fave sgranate
1 kg costole di cardi ben nettate
1 dl olio
1 cucchiaio cipolla tritata
brodo di manzo o di dado vegetale
sale
Pepe

Lessare le Fave in acqua leggermente salata e passarle al setaccio con l'acqua di cottura. Soffriggere la cipolla con l'olio e mescolarvi la Purea di Fave. Lessare i cardi e tagliarli a filettini, mescolarli alle Fave, aggiungere il brodo, controllare il sale e condire con Pepe.
