MINESTRA AL CRESCIONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 mazzetto crescione
3 patate
1 porro
1 cucchiaio panna liquida
sale
Pepe

Sbucciare le patate e tagliarle in quattro, pulire il crescione, tagliare il porro a fettine, mettere le verdure in una pentola con 1 lt. di acqua, salare, pepare e far cuocere.

Mettere la panna in una zuppiera riscaldata, unire la minestra passata al passaverdure, mescolare e servire.
