Il Gazpacho spagnolo si puo' preparare senza accendere il fuoco: ottimo per i giorni di gran caldo!

Basta frullare alcuni pomodori assieme a mollica di pane bagnata nell'aceto e poi strizzata. Si condisce con sale e poco olio prima di metterla in frigorifero per 2 ore e si serve con cubetti di ghiaccio e crudité (peperoni, cuori di sedano, cetrioli, ecc.) a parte.
