GNOCCHI VERDI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g patate
250 g farina
300 g spinaci
200 g passato di pomodoro
4 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
15 g burro
2 cucchiai panna
2 cucchiai olio
sale

Lessare gli spinaci, strizzaarli e passarli al setaccio. Fare lo stesso con le patate e unirle agli spinaci con la farina e un pizzico di sale. Lavorare la pasta e ricavarne degli Gnocchi di circa 2 cm. Scaldare l'olio, unire il passato, salare, cuocere pochi minuti e unire la panna. Lessare gli Gnocchi e condirli con la salsa, poco burro e il parmigiano
