80 g burro
1 pizzico Cannella
1 uovo
parmigiano grattugiato

Lessare le patate, sbucciarle, passarle allo schiacciapatate, unire la farina, l'uovo e il sale.

Lavorare bene la pasta, tagliarla a forma di Gnocchi, cuocerli in acqua salata, scolarli, condirli con burro fuso, Cannella e parmigiano e servire.
