GNOCCHI AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Gnocchi di patate
2 limoni
2 cipolline
prezzemolo
olio
sale
Pepe

Tritare finemente le cipolline e il prezzemolo, mescolarvi il succo dei limoni e un po' di Pepe, aggiungere cinque cucchiai di olio e girare bene.

Cuocere gli Gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli al dente, condirli con la salsa preparata e servire.
