GNOCCHI GORGONZOLA E FINOCCHIO SELVATICO

Dosi per 2.
Per fare gli Gnocchi, consultate ef{Gnocchi}. Dosi per 2.

500 g Gnocchi
30 g Gorgonzola
100 cc panna
1 mazzetto finocchio selvatico

Sciogliere 30 gr di Gorgonzola in 100 cc di panna da montare, quindi aggiungere la barba del fiocchio selvatico tagliata fine (un mazzetto).

Buttare i Gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata bollente e appena tornano a galla raccoglierli con una schiumarola e saltarli in padella con il sugo per un minuto.

Vino consigliato: Barbera vivace
