Dosi per 4:

1 confezione Gnocchi di patate Findus
30 g funghi secchi
70 g burro
2 cipolle
4 fette formaggio fondente

Mettere in una casseruola con il burro e le cipolle affettate i funghi ammollati, lavati e tritati; salare, pepare e far cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Cuocere gli Gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, metterli in una pirofila, condirli con la salsa ai funghi, coprirli con le fette di formaggio, infornare per circa 15 minuti e servire.
