Dosi per 4:

750 g Gnocchi di patate
150 g formaggio a fette
5 cucchiai panna
4 cucchiai grana grattugiato

Cuocere gli Gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, man mano che vengono a galla scolarli e metterli in una pirofila da forno imburrata.

Cospargerli con il grana, versare la panna, coprire con le fette di formaggio, infornare per circa 5 minuti e servire caldissimi.
