Dosi per 4:

400 g spinaci surgelati
150 g burro
2 cucchiai farina
2 cucchiai formaggio grattugiato
2 uova
2 spicchi aglio

Lessare gli spinaci e insaporirli in 50 g di burro. Passare al setaccio gli spinaci, unire la Menta tritata, le uova, la farina, il formaggio e il pangrattato.

Salare, pepare e formare degli Gnocchi. Cuocerli per 7--8 minuti in acqua salata in ebollizione. Far rosolare nel rimanente burro l'aglio cgn Menta e Salvia. Scolare gli Gnocchi e condirli con il burro alle erbe.
