Dosi per 4:

800 g Gnocchi di patate
30 g burro
100 g Gorgonzola
1 cucchiaio conserva di pomodoro
1/2 bicchiere latte

Far sciogliere in una casseruola il burro con il Gorgonzola tagliato a pezzetti ed il latte.

Unire la conserva di pomodoro, il sale, il Pepe e far cuocere pochi minuti mescolando. Cuocere gli Gnocchi al dente in acqua bollente salata, condirli con la salsa preparata e servire.
