GNOCCHETTI DI SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g spinaci surgelati
200 g ricotta
200 g farina
3 uova
5 cucchiai grana grattugiato
Noce moscata
burro
sale
Pepe

Lessare gli spinaci, tritarli, metterli in una Terrina, unire la ricotta, le uova, il grana, la Noce moscata, il sale, il Pepe e mescolare bene.

Aggiungere la farina, amalgamare, formare degli gnocchetti, infarinarli leggermente, cuocerli per pochi minuti in acqua bollente salata, condirli con burro fuso e grana e servire.
