gnocchetti_ricotta Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

400 g gnocchetti
1 cipolla piccola
prezzemolo tritato
150 g ricotta
400 g pelati
3 cucchiai olio

Rosolare la cipolla con il prezzemolo nell'olio. Unire i pelati e far restringere la salsa a fuoco vivo per più di 10'. Unire la ricotta e mescolare bene fino ad ottenere una crema densa. Cuocere gli gnocchetti al dente, condirli con il sugo e un pizzico di Pepe e servire.
