gnocchetti_pane Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 panini raffermi sbriciolati
100 g salsiccia sminuzzata
1 cipolla
2 bicchieri brodo
2 uova
parmigiano grattugiato
prezzemolo tritato

Rosolare nel burro la cipolla tritata, unire la salsiccia e il pane. Far insaporire, bagnare con il brodo e far riposare. Quindi unire le uova, il parmigiano, il prezzemolo, sale e farina. Con l'impasto formare degli Gnocchi. Cuocerli in brodo bollente per 30'. Servirli in brodo o asciutti con burro fuso e parmigiano.
