Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci tritati
300 g formaggio cremoso
2 uova
2 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
2 cucchiai farina
70 g burro

Lessare gli spinaci, farli insaporire in una padella con una noce di burro, metterli in una Terrina, incorporarvi il formaggio, il parmigiano, le uova, la farina, far amalgamare e lasciar riposare il composto per circa 1 ora.

Formare degli gnocchetti, cuocerli in acqua bollente salata, scolarli, condirli con il burro fuso ed il parmigiano e servire.
