Dosi per 4:

125 g acqua
50 g burro
75 g farina
2 uova
brodo di carne
grana grattugiato

Far bollire l'acqua con il burro e il sale, fuori dal fuoco unire la farina, rimettere sul fuoco e cuocere, mescolando, finché si formerà una palla che sfrigolerà.

Unire le uova, mettere la pasta in una tasca per dolci con bocchetta larga e liscia, spremere dei cilindretti, versarli nel brodo bollente, far cuocere per 2--3 minuti e servire con il grana.
