Dosi per 4:

10 cucchiai fiocchi d'avena
1 uovo
75 g grana grattugiato
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
3--4 cucchiai latte

Lavorare in una Terrina i fiocchi d'avena con il grana, l'uovo, il latte, il prezzemolo, un pizzico di Paprika e una presa di sale e far riposare il composto per circa 30 minuti.

Formare degli gnocchetti, cuocerli in acqua bollente salata, condirli con il burro fuso e servirli caldi.
