Dosi per 4:

1 l brodo
150 g prosciutto cotto
50 g crema di riso
2 uova
2 cucchiai panna
grana grattugiato
crostini di pane

Far bollire il brodo, unire la crema di riso e far cuocere mescolando per 10 minuti.

Aggiungere il prosciutto frullato con la panna, i tuorli e il grana.

Servire tiepido con i crostini di pane.
