CREMA PISELLI E GAMBERI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g piselli novelli
200 g gamberetti sgusciati
3/4 l brodo
fecola
sale
Pepe

Scongelare i piselli e metterli con i gamberetti nel mixer. Raccogliere il composto ottenuto in una pentolina, aggiungere il brodo e cuocere per 10' a fuoco basso. Aggiungere un cucchiaio di fecola, mescolando per non formare grumi. Far cuocere per altri 5', quindi aggiustare di sale e di Pepe. Servire tiepido.
