Dosi per 6:

800 g Orzo Perlato
50 g burro
1 bicchiere panna liquida
2 l brodo di carne

Gettare l'Orzo nel brodo bollente e aggiungere le erbe aromatiche legate a mazzetto, pepare e salare. Cuocere per 1 ora, e anche più se l'Orzo fosse ancora duro. Quindi passare al setaccio 2/3 dell'Orzo, unirlo al brodo passato al colino. Unire, fuori dal fuoco, il burro, la panna e l'Orzo rimasto intero. Servire.
