CREMA DI GAMBERI

Ingredienti:

pugno farina
1 bicchiere panna liquida
1.5 l brodo di carne
crostini di pane
Paprica
sale

Lavare i gamberi, lessarli nell'acqua bollente per 10 minuti, farli raffreddare, levarli dal guscio e passarne metà al setaccio.

Far rosolare nel burro la farina, versare la panna, cuocere per 5-10 minuti, aggiungere la Purea di gamberi, un pizzico di Paprica, il sale, il brodo e portare ad ebollizione.

Unire i gamberi a pezzetti, far bollire e servise con i crostini di pane.
