CREMA DI GAMBERETTI

crema_gamberetti Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g gamberetti sgusciati
150 g misto per soffritto
1 porro sottile
2 cucchiai olio d'oliva
30 g burro
1 cucchiaio concentrato di pomodoro
1 l brodo vegetale
500 g patate
1/2 bicchiere vino
sale
Pepe

Unire il soffritto e il porro a rondelle ad olio e burro caldi, cuocere a fuoco dolce per 10', versare il brodo, unire le patate a pezzi e cuocere per 30'. Unire i gamberetti e il vino e dopo un po' frullare il tutto, rimetterlo in pentola, salare, riportare a bollore e servire con Pepe macinato di fresco.
