crema_fagiolini Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
40 g farina
70 g burro
2 bicchieri latte
3/4 l brodo
Noce moscata
crostini di pane

Lessare i fagiolini, insaporirli in metà burro e passarli al setaccio. In una casseruola sciogliere l'altro burro, unire il latte, la farina, il sale, la Noce moscata e cuocere, mescolando, per circa 5 minuti. Unire i fagiolini, cuocere per 10 minuti, versare il brodo e portare ad ebollizione. Cospargere di prezzemolo tritato e servire con crostini di pane.
