Riunire in pentola 2 cipolle tritate, 2 patate sbucciate e tagliate a spicchi e due grosse manciate di crescione mondato dei gambi più duri e ben lavato.

Coprire con 1 litro d'acqua e portare a ebollizione, salare e far sobbollire per 20 minuti.

Passare il tutto al setaccio e rimettere al fuoco.

Quando sta per bollire condire con 6 cucchiai di panna liquida e guarnire con foglioline di crescione fresco.

Servire caldo.
