SFORMATO DI RISO 2

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g asparagi surgelati
300 g riso
1 cipolla
80 g burro
40 g parmigiano
Per la salsa:
30 g burro
30 g farina
100 g panna
1/4 l latte
Noce moscata
sale

Lessare gli asparagi. Lessare per 10' il riso e passarlo in padella con 30 g di burro e la cipolla tritata. Disporre gli asparagi in una teglia imburrata, irrorare con 30 g di burro fuso, coprire con il riso e cospargere con formaggio grattugiato. Sciogliere il burro, unire farina, latte, panna, sale, Pepe e Noce moscata, mescolare continuamente per 15'.

Versare la salsa sul riso e cuocere in forno a 200oC per circa 30'.
