RISOTTO ALLE VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 rapa
1 carota
100 g fagiolini
40 g burro
3 cucchiai olio
1/2 cipolla
350 g riso
3/4 lt brodo
3 foglie lattuga
50 gr grana

Rosolare la rapa, la carota e i fagiolini tagliati a dadini in un soffritto di burro, olio e cipolla tritata, cuocere a fuoco dolce per 10'. Unire il riso e portarlo a cottura, unendo poco alla volta il brodo caldo. Alla fine aggiungere la lattuga a listarelle e il grana.
