RISOTTO ALLE SEPPIE BIMBY

Tritare mezza cipolla: 3 secondi a velocit? 5
Aggiungere 10 g d'olio d'oliva e far soffriggere la cipolla: temperatura varoma, velocit? 1, 5 minuti.
Aggiungere 160 g di riso Carnaroli e far tostare: altri 5 minuti temperatura varoma, velocita' 1 retrogrado.
Aggiungere Mezzo dado vegetale, 480 g d'acqua gia' calda, due piccole seppie tragliate a pezzetti e cuocere: 17 minuti a 100 gradi, velocita' 1 retrograda.
Aggiungete le sacche del nero, un mazzetto di prezzemolo fresco tritato e finite la cottura per altri 3 minuti.
