RISOTTO AL GORGONZOLA 

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g riso
brodo
60 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
130 g Gorgonzola piccante
2 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
3 cucchiai panna
1 cipolla tritata
1 dl vino bianco
sale
Pepe

Imbiondire la cipolla in olio e metà burro. Unire il riso e farlo insaporire. Spruzzare con il vino e far evaporare. Salare e pepare. Portare a cottura, versando, poco alla volta, il brodo caldo. Passare al setaccio il Gorgonzola con il burro. A fine cottura incorporare al riso la panna, il Gorgonzola e il parmigiano. Mescolare e servire.
