RISO E VERDURA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 6:
400 g riso
350 g fagioli
300 g piselli surgelati
5 patate
6 pomodori
zucchine
sedano
3 carote
1/2 verza
1 cipolla
70 g burro
olio
70 g pancetta
Basilico

Lessare i pomodori, tritare il sedano, le carote e le zucchine.

Soffriggere l'olio con il burro, la pancetta, il Basilico.

Unire le zucchine, i pomodori, le carote e far insaporire per qualche minuto a fuoco dolce.

Diluire con 3 l d'acqua, cuocere per 45', unire le patate e i fagioli lessati e passati, la verza e i piselli e cuocere ancora per 30'.

Aggiungere il riso e cuocere mescolando.
