RISO AL SUGO DI PEPERONI

riso_sugo_peperoni Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g riso
2 peperoni
aglio
cipolla
3 cucchiai olio
400 g polpa di pomodoro
sale
Pepe
50 g olive nere snocciolate

Passare alla fiamma i peperoni, spellarli e tagliarli a dadini. Rosolarli con il trito di cipolla e aglio e con l'olio. Unire il pomodoro, sale, Pepe e cuocere per 20'. Aggiungere le olive a metà. Lessare il riso e condirlo con il sugo.
