RISO AL PROSCIUTTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


350 g riso
1 l brodo
70 g burro
4 cucchiai olio
60 g grana grattugiato
1 cipolla
100 g prosciutto crudo
marsala

Rosolare in olio e burro la cipolla affettata, il prosciutto a dadini e spruzzare di marsala. Unire il riso, lasciarlo tostare e portarlo a cottura unenfo il brodo poco alla volta. Alla fine mantecare con burro e grana.
