RISO PILAW

riso_pilaw Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g riso a pasta dura
1/2 lt brodo di pollo o di dado
25 g burro
1 piccola cipolla affettata
sale

Sciogliere in una pirofila il burro, unire la cipolla e farla appassire. Unire il riso e far insaporire. Salare, versare il brodo bollente, mescolare per 2', coprire e porre in forno già caldo (180') Cuocere per 20' circa. A fine cottura sgranare il riso con una forchetta. Si serve caldo, come guarnizione.
