RISO E GAMBERETTI CON VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g riso
200 g gamberetti sgusciati
300 g spinaci surgelati
2 cipolle
2 carote
3 cucchiai salsa di soia
zucchero
sale

Far rosolare per cinque minuti nell'olio caldo i gamberetti. Unire gli spinaci tritati, le cipolle affettate, le carote tagliate, la salsa di soia, 4 cucchiai d'acqua, lo zucchero, un pizzico di sale e far cuocere per altri 5 minuti.

Aggiungere il riso Bollito, mescolare in modo da amalgamare bene tutti gli ingredienti e servire.
