MINESTRA DI RISO CON LATTUGA E PISELLI

minestra_riso_lattuga_piselli Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cespo lattuga
2 cipolline
300 g pisellini
70 g burro
1.5 dadi da brodo
120 g riso
4 cucchiai panna liquida
Basilico
prezzemolo tritati
4 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Scaldare il burro, rosolarvi le cipolline affettate, unire la lattuga a striscioline e i pisellini. Cuocere coperto e a fuoco dolce per alcuni minuti. Unire il dado sbriciolato, il sale e 1.25 l di acqua calda. Quando bolle unire il riso e cuocere per 15', mescolare e completare con Basilico, prezzemolo, panna e parmigiano. Mescolare e servire.
