MELANZANE RIPIENE DI RISO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


500 gr melanzane
500 gr pomodori pelati
5 cucchiai riso
50 gr burro
olio
1/2 cipolla
Basilico
prezzemolo
1 spicchio aglio
origano
i pane grattugiato
Pepe
sale

Tagliare a metà le melanzane e svuotarle con un cucchiaino. Fare un sugo con olio, Basilico, prezzemolo, aglio, cipolla e la polpa delle melanzane. Unirvi il riso lessato al dente e riempire con il composto le melanzane. Cospargerle di pane grattugiato, burro fuso e origano. Cuocere al forno per 1 ora.
