DOLMA'DES

Dosi per 4.

Rosolare in poco olio 1 cipolla tritata, unirvi una tazza di riso lessato, due cucchiai di pinoli, sale e Pepe.

Versare a cucchiaiate questo ripieno su 12 foglie di vite scottate in acqua bollente e richiudere le foglie per ottenere involtini che verranno posti in una teglia.

Ricoprirli a metà di brodo di carne o vegetale e farli cuocere, incoperchiati, a fuoco lento per circa mezz'ora.

Farli raffreddare, irrorarli di succo di limone e servire.
