ZITE AI 4 FORMAGGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta tipo zite
100 g formaggio olandese
100 g gruviera
100 g Mozzarella
200 g parmigiano grattugiato
100 g burro
sale

Cuocere le zite, tagliate a pezzi di 10 cm. circa, in acqua bollente salata, scolarle al dente, metterle in una pirofila, versarvi sopra i formaggi tagliati a dadini e metà del burro fuso, cospargere con il parmigiano e il restante burro a fiocchetti, infornare per circa 10 minuti e servire.
