VERMICELLI ALLA ROMANA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g vermicelli
5 Acciughe salate
80 g Pecorino grattugiato
80 g mollica di pane
1/2 bicchiere olio
sale

Pulire le Acciughe, lavarle, spezzettarle, metterle in un pentolino con l'olio, unire la mollica di pane sbriciolata, regolare di sale e far insaporire per qualche minuto.

Cuocere i vermicelli al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirli coì la salsa preparata e il Pecorino e servire.
