TUBETTONI PROFUMATI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g pasta tubetti
150 g gambuccio (parte finale del prosciutto)
400 gr Mozzarella
200 g piselli surgelati
300 g champignon
1 cipolla
1 spicchio aglio
olio
sale
Pepe
1 bicchiere vino bianco

Imbiondire con l'olio la cipolla tritata e il gambuccio a dadini. Unire i piselli, 1 bicchiere di acqua e coprire. A parte rosolare i funghi con l'aglio e un po' d'olio. A fine cottura spruzzare i piselli con il vino, unire i funghi, la pasta lessata e la Mozzarella a dadini. Pepare, mescolare e servire subito.
