TRENETTE ALLE MELE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
500 g pasta tipo trenette
1 mela
25 g burro
50 g grana grattugiato
1 bicchiere latte
1 bicchierino Brandy
1 cipolla
farina
sale

Far appassire nel burro la cipolla tritata, unire la mela sbucciata e tagliata a dadini, spruzzare con il Brandy, spolverizzare di farina, ridurre in purè, versare il latte, far cuocere per 5 minuti, unire il grana e far addensare. Cuocere le trenette al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirle con la salsa preparata e servire.
