TAGLIOLINI AL SALMONE

Tagliolini_salmone Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 kg Tagliolini all'uovo freschi
50 g salmone affumicato a fettine sottili
1/4 l panna liquida
60 g burro
1/2 bicchierino vodka
sale

Saltare il salmone tagliato a striscioline in padella con 20 gr di burro per pochi minuti, aggiungere la panna e, girando con un cucchiaio di legno, farla addensare a fuoco lentissimo, quindi unire la vodka continuando a mescolare. Lessare i Tagliolini, scolarli molto bene e versarli nella padella, unire il rimanente burro e servire caldissimi.
